Milvio Coiscou Castro is founder and presides over the Gonzalez & Coiscou Executive Committee as well as heading the General Direction of International Practice Group.

Mr. Coiscou is a member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic (Colegio Dominicano de Abogados) since 1992 being his Alma Mater the prestigious Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña graduating Cum Laude. He also possesses a Masters Degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Corporate Law and Economic Legislature graduating in 1995.

Mr. Coiscou initiated as an associate in Milton Messina & Asociados (later Messina & Messina). Later in the year 1995 he started his own firm under the name of Botello, de los Santos & Coiscou where he executed several executive positions. In 1999, Mr. Coiscou was the lead for a strategic alliance with Rivera & Asociados, a prominent tax consultant having the objective to increase the number of services offered by the firm. In a later date Mr. Coiscou founded Cury & Coiscou.
