We represent our clients in courts and before government institutions in the Dominican Republic in commercial, tax and criminal litigation in addition to corporate, family, merchant, environmental, constitutional and financial law.

It is our objective as a firm to anticipate any litigation process that our clients may be involved throughout an everyday involvement in their agreements and negotiations, extending the service as an important part before the needs of our customers, but as a last resort due to strains on time sensitive issues and resources to the detriment of their interests.
