Juan Carlos De Moya is a partner as well as the Director of Corporate Practice Group at Gonzalez & Coiscou. Before joining Gonzalez & Coiscou, Mr. De Moya Chico founded the firm Fiducia Lex which initiated operations in December 2005.

Mr. De Moya Chico is member of the Bar Association of the Dominican Republic (Colegio Dominicano de Abogados) since 1992, having as his Alma Mater the exalted Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, graduating with honors (Cum Laude). He later completed a Masters Degree in International Economic Law (LL.M.) at University of Houston Law Center (UHLC), in Houston, Texas, United States in 1994.

Mr. De Moya Chico has had great deal of experience in managing and settling litigations and other conflicts related to different subjects within the practice. Likewise, he has been an advisor in financial projects, securities, concessions, etc. Due to his experience in stock markets, Mr. De Moya Chico has been proposed as a member to the National Securities Counsel by the Dominican Stock Market and by the Dominican Stock Brokers Association.
