Mr. Gonzalez represented the multinational El Paso Corporation in a multi-million litigation that initiated in the Dominican Republic then arbitrated in Paris and litigated in Florida.

He was the team leader that negotiated in 1999 on behalf of the Dominican Government, the privatization of the most important international airports in the Dominican Republic.

He was member of the legal team that participated in the capitalization of the electrical company Empresa Generadora Itabo, S.A. through a conglomerate composed at that moment, by the Chilean company GENER and the Houston-based company, The Coastal Corporation.

Participated as legal team leader that represented The Republic Bank, a company based out of Trinidad & Tobago for the sale of their assets to Banco BHD in 2007.

Currently he is leading counsel in another multi-million lawsuit against a local representative of one of the largest cement producing companies in the world. During this trial, Mr. Gonzalez has assisted as an expert and consultant to interested parties in Spain, Panama and in the United States.
